Teaching the next generation how to make real food from scratch through live

and pre-recorded lessons

We teach from scratch cooking made with whole foods. No seed oils, food dyes or excess sugar.

Backed by science. Involving children in cooking has lifelong benefits.

Physical

Fine motor and eye-hand coordination skills are developing by chopping, mixing, squeezing, spreading and stirring.

Social/Emotional

Cooking helps develop confidence and skill. Following recipes encourages children to be self-directed and independent.

Cognitive

Cooking encourages children’s thinking, problem-solving, and creativity.

Language

From vocabulary enrichment to reading recipes and learning new terms, cooking is rich with lanuage.

New professional video lessons are added monthly and are suitable for even the youngest children to complete with assistance.

Welcome to Nourish Cooking Co.

My name is Holly and I thank you for taking the time to visit with us today. I’ve been teaching children how to cook in person for years and while rewarding, the scope of children I was able to work with was limited by class size and geographic location. By launching my online platform, children from every corner of the world can benefit from my cooking program.

Your monthly subscription will include…

Easy-To-Follow Videos

Our videos are professionally shot and edited so they are clear and easy to follow. We guide your child through which ingredients to have on hand (through photos and text) before measuring them out together and completing the recipe.

Built-In Progression

As children gain confidence in their skills, they can move on to more challenging recipes. We’ll start with no bake/cook recipes and move on from there. All levels are open to all participants though so if you have an older child with experience, they are welcome to jump back and forth.

Community

Cooking is more fun when you can share it with others! We host a live “cook-a-long” every month where the children can cook along side Holly over zoom. For parents who have questions or would like to share their child’s progress, we have a community for that as well!

Kid Friendly

We know that attention spans may be limited so our professional videos are easy to follow and short in length. All recipes have a printable pdf to follow along and create your own “cookbook”.

Parent-Friendly Too!

“Can adults sign up?” is a common question we receive. Perhaps you are not confident in your cooking skills as a parent…that’s ok! Our videos, while appealing to children, are not juvenile in nature. Adults can learn from the lessons as well!

Grow With Us

As our library of recipes grows, you enjoy being able to choose which level your child is at and help them progress from Micro Chefs to Master Chefs!

“Nourish Cooking Co’s classes were the perfect thing for our son to learn to love cooking. Not only did he make a variety of foods, they also helped him expand his palette. It encouraged an independence in the kitchen and now he makes the whole family food and ENJOYS doing it. We look forward to taking part in this new platform!”

“Nourish Cooking Co’s baking and cooking classes are wonderful, our family has been signing up for years. Holly is great at explaining things for all ages and levels of knowledge, she keeps it light and fun and makes sure all participants are having a good time in support of their love of food. Holly is one of our favourite people in general, she is simply a kind human being with a ton of cooking and teaching/interpersonal skills.”
